Access for real people

Accessibility.

DBM is built to be usable with keyboard navigation, readable contrast, responsive layouts, text alternatives, and clear labels wherever practical.

Our approach

We continually improve the public website, Workbench, forms, reports, and digital products with accessibility in mind. Automated accessibility scores are useful signals, not a guarantee that every person or assistive technology will experience every page identically.

Practical features

Need help?

If a page, document, image, checkout, or chat path is difficult to use, email [email protected] with the page URL and the barrier you encountered, or call (509) 868-9784. We will try to provide the information or service through a practical alternative.

AI and third-party services

MAC and other automation may assist with explanations, drafts, and routing. Payment processors, social platforms, chat providers, and external documents have their own accessibility features and policies; DBM cannot guarantee the behavior of a third-party interface.

This statement describes our current practices and improvement path. It is not a certification or legal representation of compliance with every accessibility standard.
