September 2026 · Final conversion and proof pass
- Reduced the homepage first decision to one primary starting-point CTA and four buyer paths; the full SKU selector now lives on Pricing where scope and Square checkout are explained together.
- Synced the visible offer hierarchy, footer links, sitemap, AI context, offer catalog, and public activity rail without inventing client proof, rankings, leads, or revenue.
- Added the Content Engine’s seven-group explanation, direct $500 first-month route, truthful DBM Lab activity, and explicit approval boundary.
- Added seven-day Garage TV and 30-day source-signal dismissal behavior with visible close controls and keyboard-safe behavior.
August 2026 · Front door and offer system
- Established MAC as the public-facing AI front door while keeping the provider-neutral intelligence core private behind the customer experience.
- Published the unified Menu with free tools, prompt vaults, hosting, fixed website builds, quick fixes, AI Concierge, and commissioned installations.
- Added the $49/month AI Concierge path, first-purchase welcome discount language, bundle bonuses, written-scope risk reversal, and the $100/person live AI business workshop.
- Added public AI transparency, accessibility, affiliate disclosure, referral-program, privacy, terms, and refund pages.
- Added a sitewide sales rail that rotates through DBM services and clearly labeled recommended-tool pathways.
August 2026 · Reception and handoff
- Connected the public experience to a working MAC/Tawk customer conversation path with mobile alert support.
- Added approval-first lead capture and owner handoff behavior so AI can explain, qualify, and draft without silently sending messages, booking customers, publishing, or spending money.
- Kept provider credentials and secrets in configuration boundaries rather than browser pages or ordinary chat.
July 2026 · Radar and revenue foundations
- Launched the public opportunity and technical radar direction for evidence-led business discovery.
- Added bounded website inspection, deduplication, prioritization, and human-reviewed outreach preparation.
- Added Square checkout paths for eligible fixed-price website offers without pretending a payment succeeded.
July 2026 · First public build
- Launched the Digital Business Mechanic site and passive scanner.
- Started the “diagnose · repair · improve · maintain” operating model for practical owner-controlled systems.
What stays consistent
DBM remains a digital garage: MAC is the receptionist at the front, the Workbench is behind it, and Jamie handles scope, access, builds, launches, and sensitive changes. The site may evolve, but the customer should always see a clear promise, a clear next step, and a human path to help.
